To get rid of the rust stains themselves you need to prepare a cleaning solution.
Kerosene is one of the best remedies to remove rust stains from floor tiles.
Apply the paste directly onto the stains and rub in small circular motions then allow to dry.
Mix borax and lemon juice together on a disposable plate or bowl.
This should be left in place for half an hour before it is scrubbed off with a sponge or soft brush.
Rub onto the stain and allow it to dry completely.
The consistency should be a paste like substance.
Mix equal parts salt and white vinegar as yet another cleaning alternative.
At this point most of the rust should be gone.
Rinse the ceramic tile with water and repeat until stain is gone.
