Apply mod podge to the ceramic tile using a small paintbrush or sponge brush.
If you print your photos at home using an inkjet printer then you need to use a different glue instead of mod podge.
Cover with another thin layer of medium.
Use a foam brush to apply a thin layer of decoupage medium to the back of the photos.
Be sure to move quickly because mod podge is not very forgiving.

Make sure you press down on all four corners to ensure the photo isn t peeling up around the edges.
Place scrapbook paper on the center of the tile and smooth in place using your fingers.
Then adhere the photos to the top of the ceramic tiles.
You are basically using the mod podge as a glue.
3 apply a layer of mod podge to the top of the photo once it dries.
Cover the edges completely to create a quality seal over the picture.
